In fact, the final scene in the Book of Revelation talks about the “New Jerusalem” coming down to a “new earth”. Could this be the reason why Jesus taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven"? God’s kingdom is essentially the felt reality of God’s domain.
